Product Care

For Solid Wood Furniture

Due to the nature of wood, grain patterns vary from piece to piece, and natural wood features (e.g. knots) may be present. We celebrate these features that are inherent to solid wood, and they are in no way considered defective.

While our table tops have been finished with a strong protective coating, leaving liquids to sit on the surface or subjecting it to heat or cold will affect its appearance. We advise using placemats and coasters to prevent hot plates, mugs, or cold bottles from leaving imprints on the furniture. Wipe away spills immediately to avoid staining.

For daily maintenance, wipe off any dirt or dust with a dry cloth.

For Outdoor Furniture

Our outdoor furniture is suitable for both indoors and outdoors. Each piece is meticulously hand woven with UV resistant synthetic fibres made using state-of-the-art German technology. The aluminium frames beneath the weave are fully welded on each joint and powder coated to guarantee strength while remaining light-weight and rust free.

For Rattan Furniture

Avoid putting rattan furniture in places where it will be exposed to weather elements such as strong sunlight and rain. Natural cane furniture can last for years with a basic level of maintenance. For daily maintenance, dust regularly with a soft cloth, or vacuum hard to reach parts with a soft brush attachment.

For models with cushions, please refer to Cushion Care below.

Cushion care

Most outdoor fabrics that we use are weather repellant, light drizzles or splashes of water will roll off the surface but it will not withstand rain. In case of rain, please keep cushions indoors. We also offer 100% weather-proof cushions at additional cost, kindly reach out to us. Replacements for cushion inserts and covers are available for sale.

For daily maintenance, wipe off any dirt or dust with a damp cloth. Our cushion covers are all removable and machine washable in cold water. Air dry only. Never apply heat to fabrics to protect the water repellent layer and to avoid any shrinking.
